Watering: Don't over water, they like to dry out slightly between waterings and not be drenched. 

Maintenance: This is a slow grower and very little maintenance is needed. They have a fairly shallow root system so don't tolerate over watering and prefer periods of dryness. if growing by a window regular rotation is recommended.
