This plant is not a Rex Begonia but it is commonly known as the Climbing Rex Begonia Vine although it is part of the grapevine family (
Vitaceae). It's leaves are gorgeously coloured and resemble those of a Begonia Rex with distinct white/silver markings on a velvety green leaf with a purple/pink midrib, the underside of the leaves and the stem of the vine is a rich purple/magenta. This vine is fast growing in the warmer months and an excellent climber as its tendrils will twist around anything they can get a hold of!
