Engineered for strength without sacrificing flexibility, our Flexible Camera Mount features an advanced hybrid construction process. A custom-formulated flexible polymer is precisely overmolded onto the rigid camera interface, creating a permanent bond through both mechanical interlocking geometry and chemical adhesion.

This precision overmolding process integrates the threaded camera insert and flexible base into one unified structure. The result is a durable, high-performance design built to withstand the demands of action sports while maintaining the flexibility needed to conform to complex surfaces.

Injection molding is an advanced manufacturing process where molten polymer is injected into a precision-engineered mold cavity under extreme pressure. Our mounts are molded at 18,000 PSI, creating a dense, consistent structure with exceptional strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy. This ensures a level of strength and reliability that no 3D-printed alternative can match.
