We are always seeking the next best training tool to elevate performance. Recently players such as Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Rudd have been using Nasal strips while competing to gain a 1% advantage.

At first they may look odd but there is more to them than meets the eye. After working with Abby Stewart- good friend and Respiratory Physiotherapist we have designed a strip specifically for sports performance.

Benefits are primarily based around enhanced airflow, relevant as tennis players use breathing routines to improve focus, endurance, power and recovery. We are proud to be the first movers in this space for tennis
