Few dresses from 1930 look quite like this one. Its panels cross and wrap the body in the sharp, geometric style that defines art deco fashion, which makes it a standout vintage dress pattern for sewers who want something rare. We've reproduced this period pattern, and graded it into a wide size range, from 32" to 54" bust.
Print-at-home page counts: 32–38" bust is 52 pages, 40–46" is 57 pages, and 48–54" is 64 pages.
Only the original period sewing instructions are included, which are minimal - so this pattern is suggested for those with experience in vintage sewing.
This pattern was graded up and down from the original 40" bust, which was drafted for a B cup. The larger sizes have not been redrafted. If you're sewing 46" to 54" bust, you may need to adjust the length, neck width, shoulder width, and side opening length. A full bust adjustment may be needed above a B cup.
