Börner is known for its sharp blades. That's why we want to protect your hands, too. The safety food holder ensures safe and efficient work, as the finger guard reliably protects against the blades. Furthermore, the food holder allows you to grate fruits and vegetables down to the last bit without any risk. This reduces waste. We recommend using the safety food holder with all our graters and slicers, as it's the only way to ensure safe operation.
