The activated carbon filter is the odor-control layer of the Reencle Prime 3-layer filtration system. It continuously neutralises the odors that come off decomposing food, so a Reencle can sit in the kitchen without the room smelling of it.

Replace it every 9–12 months

The carbon filter is the only routine consumable a Reencle needs. It lasts 9–12 months and is then replaced — activated carbon can’t be washed or regenerated at home, so replacement is the only maintenance step.

How to install it

1. Remove the yellow sticker from the new Carbon Filter.
2. Seat the filter in its housing.
3. Turn the two levers clockwise to lock it in place — no tools required.
