Overview

The EVS Evolution Youth Chest Protector gives young riders serious impact protection without the heat, bulk, or restrictive feel of traditional protection. Built around RE ZRO™ impact technology and a lightweight Hexprene™ chassis, it delivers CE Level 1 chest and back protection while staying flexible and comfortable on the bike.

CoreCool™ venting keeps air moving when the pace picks up, while the low-profile design and adjustable fit stay secure without getting in the rider’s way. From motocross and off-road to mountain biking, the Evolution is built for young riders who need protection that can keep up.

Key Features

• RE ZRO™ Impact Protection: Strategically positioned chest and back protection absorbs and disperses impact energy while remaining soft and flexible during normal riding.
• CE Level 1 Protection: Certified to CE EN 1621-3 Level 1 for the chest and CE EN 1621-2 Level 1 for the back.
• Lightweight Hexprene™ Chassis: Aviation-grade, perforated construction provides flexible support while reducing unnecessary weight and bulk.
• CoreCool™ Venting: Engineered airflow zones across the chest and back help regulate body temperature and reduce fatigue during hot, demanding rides.
• Low-Profile Fit: Streamlined construction works under a jersey while maintaining freedom of movement.
• Soft-Touch Liner: Comfortable next-to-skin feel helps reduce irritation whether the protector is worn under or over a jersey.
• Adjustable Shoulder Straps: Dual adjustment points help keep the protector centered, secure, and locked in through aggressive movement.
