Recovery Starts The Moment You Step In
The Hyperslide by Nike x Hyperice is a recovery slide that pairs responsive Air Zoom cushioning with Hyperice heat and vibration to help tired feet recover. A pod across the top of the foot heats from 109°F to 117°F, enough to loosen tight muscles after a long day. Vibration runs from 50 to 100 Hz and works with or without the heat. Battery lasts an hour on the hottest combination, or eight hours on vibration alone. Both slides, both pods and the charging cord come in the box, in Black or Orewood and fifteen sizes.
Nike and Hyperice built it together as the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, with a low-profile Nike Air Zoom sole underneath. Everything is controlled from two buttons on the pod itself, or from the Hyperice App over Bluetooth if you would rather not bend down. The Hyperslide is for recovery after training, after travel and at the end of a long day, and it leaves your feet feeling lighter and refreshed.
What Is Actually In The Slide
A magnetic pod on the strap holds the heating element and the vibration motor, while a Nike Air Zoom sole cushions every step.
Hyperslide In Use
Heat and vibration both live in the pod, and both are set from two buttons on its face, which is the quickest way to change something once your feet are already in. The alternative is the Hyperice App over Bluetooth, which reaches the same three heat and three vibration settings without bending down. To pair it, download the Hyperice App, turn on the slide and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Because the pod detaches, you can wipe the slide with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
The sole is a low-profile Nike Air Zoom unit, the same air-cushioning construction found in Nike running shoes, here set in a slide. Low-profile means the stack under the foot is shallow and it walks more like a sandal than a recovery shoe. It is an open slide, and the pod rides across the top of the foot.
The Other Nike x Hyperice Piece
Both heat the feet; the Hyperslide adds vibration in an open slide, and the Hyperboot adds Normatec compression in a high-top.
