• Can the Roadie be left in the car year round? Yes. The Roadie is designed to withstand year-round vehicle storage — summer heat, winter cold, and everything in between. The 1000D Cordura bag protects contents from UV, moisture, and abrasion.
• Are the bandages latex free? Yes. All adhesive bandages are latex-free. All gauze rolls, gauze pads, non-stick pads, and the emergency pressure bandage are also latex-free. The ONLY latex-containing item is the cohesive wrap.
• What’s the expiration date on medications? Average 2-4 years from purchase. REDI stores your kit’s exact expiration dates in their database and emails you when items approach expiration so you can reorder refill packs.
• Can I restock items when they run out? Yes. Scan the QR code inside your kit to access REDI’s refill packs — individual categories (bandages, medication, gauze, skin & wound, survival) or complete kit restocks.
• Is the Roadie FSA/HSA eligible? No. Two items in the kit are not FSA/HSA eligible, which disqualifies the entire kit from FSA/HSA reimbursement.
