The most ancient of the Lightsabers that still remain almost always have names. These are legendary artifacts from the depths of time, storied and tracked. Some might disappear for large stretches of history, but they always seem to show up eventually. Power usually does. Obsidian comes from the most distant past, beyond memory and story. What legends remain, are cryptic and contested. What is known is whoever has the will to wield Obsidian now... will create new legends.
