Cascade Jewel is an advanced evergreen huckleberry cultivar developed by Oregon State University, marking a notable advancement in native plant breeding. This tetraploid variety exhibits improved growth and nursery qualities over wild types. It produces medium to large, shiny purple-black berries in summer that are both visually appealing and edible.
