The Robellini Palm Statue captures a single feather palm frond in hand-cast metal, its narrow leaflets arranged along a gently arched central stem. Finished in gold leaf, the leaflets are hand-worked and slightly irregular, giving the piece a graphic silhouette with an organic, relaxed surface.
The frond rises from a square base of polished white Carrara marble, with natural veining that varies from piece to piece, and a felted bottom protects the surface below.
