You have to ADD YOUR OWN RUBBING ALCOHOL 91%.

Photochromic Glow Ink.  Each bottle has plenty of product in it with 1 ball to shake it up to mix it well.  Funnel included.  You just need to add the rubbing alcohol 91% to about 3/4 to the top of the bottle.  You can use a set of pliers to gently pry the tip off of the bottle with SLOW twisting movements until it comes up.  15ml bottles.
