Our Quilt Hangers do not have any visible screw heads or knobs on the front of the frame. We include several hex screws, which you install through the back of the frame. They tighten with an allen wrench and compress the two pieces together to hold the quilt in between. The screws do not go through your material. The front looks clean and minimal and does not compete from the beauty of the quilt.
