Double-sided goal, nonstop sessions.
The QUICKPLAY Pro Alu Soccer Training Frame 18.5x6.5' is a freestanding, two-way training goal that lets you run continuous drills from both directions. Set it up in minutes and keep practice moving at game pace.

Keep players engaged and drills flowing
Single-sided net training can get stale, as your players wait in line and cool down. With a two-way system, you can alternate attacking lines, rotate services and keep goalkeepers involved without shifting the entire group. It is a simple way to stack quality reps in finishing lines, phase-of-play, crossing-and-finishing and GK reaction work while maintaining tempo.

Engineered for demanding environments
The 45mm round aluminum frame uses spring pins to slot and lock together with no tools. All-surface base feet keep the frame stable on turf and indoor courts, while storable ground spikes inside the posts add grip on grass. The powder-coated finish and aluminum build are designed for all-weather use and regular team schedules.

Training size that sharpens accuracy
At 18.5 x 6.5ft, the frame tightens the target just enough to demand cleaner strikes while keeping match-like proportions. A 3mm braided HDPE knotless net with 100 x 100mm mesh gives a clean catch for quick resets. Run sequences from both ends with minimal downtime.

Coach-first setup and flow
PE-coated bungees make net attachment fast and tidy. With base feet and grass spikes included, you can adapt to the surface in seconds. When it is time to move, the frame breaks down quickly and stores flat for compact transport or storage.

Recommended add-ons
Use QUICKPLAY AEROTECH Training Balls for consistent flight and feel, and add Agility Poles to build movement and finishing patterns around the frame.

Adult assembly and setup required.
