Instincts by SmartyKat® Twinkle Tipper™ releases your cat's inner instincts with a teaser wand that temps feline paws with a dangling plush ball, feather, and ribbons attached to a motion-activated light-up ball cat toy. With a swat of the paw, Twinkle Tipper™ will roll and light up, putting your cat on the hunt. The attached teaser wand will dip and stay upright for continuous solo play. Satisfy your cat's hunting instincts with safer and kinder "prey."
