First Team FoldaMount™ Folding Wall-Mounted Basketball Goal

The First Team FoldaMount is a commercial-grade wall-mounted basketball goal built for facilities that need the flexibility of the SuperMount but also need the basketball system to move out of the way when the court is used for other activities. Its defining feature is a side-folding structure that can swing left or right toward the wall for storage.

Like the SuperMount, the FoldaMount gives commercial facilities flexibility in wall-to-backboard distance and backboard configuration. The key difference is storage: when basketball is not being played, the FoldaMount can be folded toward the wall to open the floor for volleyball, events or other gym activities.

FoldaMount vs. SuperMount

If the basketball goal can remain extended over the court, the First Team SuperMount provides the same type of commercial wall-mounted flexibility without the side-folding feature. Choose the FoldaMount when the facility needs that system to swing left or right and store closer to the wall.

Choose the Wall-to-Backboard Distance

The FoldaMount starts at a 4′ wall-to-backboard distance and is available across three extension ranges: 4′–6′, 6′–8′ and 8′–12′. This allows schools, gyms and multipurpose facilities to select the range that fits the distance between the mounting wall and the desired backboard location.

Side-Folding Storage

To store the system, the adjustment screw is loosened with the provided handle and the structure can be swung to the left or right toward the wall. This makes the FoldaMount particularly useful in multipurpose gyms where basketball equipment needs to clear the playing area between uses.

Optional Height Adjustment

The FoldaMount can also be equipped with the First Team FT310 Basketball Backboard Height Adjuster when the facility needs adjustable rim height in addition to the side-folding storage capability.

Backboard & Rim Options

FoldaMount packages include backboards from 36″ x 54″ through 42″ x 72″ in tempered glass, acrylic, steel and fiberglass. Depending on the package, the system can be paired with heavy-duty flex or competition breakaway goals.
