You don't wait for the weather to wear this one. The gauge is fine enough to go on its own, under a jacket, or over a tee without adding bulk anywhere — and not the kind of fine you hold up to the window first.

Run your hand down the side and there's no seam there. The body is knitted whole rather than cut and joined, which is slower on the machine and the reason the line down your side is unbroken.

It's the one that goes in the suitcase without a decision, gets worn to dinner over trousers, and comes back out the following week.
