What is a Titan RAM?

The Titan RAM is a bench press aid made exclusively by Titan Support Systems. Designed to fit snugly around the arms, with a flat panel across the chest, it works similarly to a bench shirt by storing elastic energy and helping drive the bar off the chest during heavy lifts.

Its tight-fitting sleeves also provide compression and support around the shoulders and deltoids, helping lifters feel more stable under heavy loads.

The RAM is particularly useful for overload training, allowing experienced bench pressers to work with additional weight while benefiting from extra support. It can also help lifters familiarise themselves with the feel of supportive bench press equipment before progressing to a traditional bench shirt.

How is a RAM different from a bench shirt?

While both use elastic resistance to assist the bench press, the main difference is practicality. The RAM is much easier to slip on and off independently between sets, making it more convenient for regular training sessions.
