🔨 Santa's Workshop. Union Strong. 🎅

Even Santa's little helpers deserve overtime pay and a decent holiday bonus. Our Elf Union Local 1225 patch is for anyone who knows the North Pole doesn't run on Christmas magic alone. Between endless toy production, impossible deadlines, and a boss who only works one night a year, these elves are ready to negotiate. Whether you're a proud union member, a hardworking holiday rebel, or just love a good Christmas joke, this removable patch brings working-class humor straight from Santa's workshop to your favorite Pull Patch hat. Solidarity, North Pole style!

PATCH CARE

Keep Your Patch Game Strong

🧼 Storage Hack – Store patches face-to-face so the hook backing doesn’t snag on stuff.
🧼 Wash Like a Pro – Cold cycle only—think of it as a refresh, not a punishment.
🧼 Air Dry, Don’t Fry – No dryers. Let them chill naturally.
🧼 No Softeners, No Irons – Unless you want a melted disaster, let’s skip the ironing.

Take care of your patches, and they’ll take care of your rep.
