Protalus M-75 3/4 Length Orthotic Insoles for Fixed-Insole Shoes

The Smarter Fit for Fixed-Insole Shoes

The Protalus M-75 delivers the same maximum geometric correction as our flagship M-100 — in a ¾-length design built to sit right on top of your existing insole. No removal required. Whether your shoes have a fixed liner, a snug fit, or a wider forefoot, the M-75 gives you the full power of Protalus Alignment Technology without sacrificing comfort or fit.

Key Benefits

Maximum Alignment — Deep stabilizing walls at the heel guide your foot through its ideal motion sequence from the moment your heel strikes the ground to the moment you push off
No Removal Needed — ¾-length design sits on top of your existing insole, making it compatible with shoes where the factory liner can't be taken out
Clinically Proven Technology — Features the same Protalus Alignment Technology clinically studied to correct walking mechanics and reduce compensatory stress throughout the kinetic chain
Plantar Fasciitis Relief — Addresses the leading mechanical cause of plantar fasciitis by correcting on-axis (ankle) loading with every step
Wide Forefoot Fit — Designed for average to wide feet (up to 4E), with a profile that accommodates higher-volume shoes without crowding the toe box
Comfortable for All Arch Types — Works for flat feet and high arches alike, delivering structural correction rather than just cushioning
