Spin Defender is an app-controlled hockey stickhandling trainer that gives players a moving obstacle to practice against. Work on keeping the puck out of reach, reacting to a moving stick and finding a way around the defender.

Practice at home or on the ice

Use Spin Defender on real ice, synthetic ice or a smooth, flat hockey training surface. Leave enough clear space for the sticks to rotate and the player to move around the defender.

Control the session from your phone

The free Potent Spins app for iPhone and Android lets you start and stop the defender and choose between two speeds. Start slower while learning a move, then increase the challenge. Coaches can control several defenders from one phone. A separate remote is not included.

Choose your training setup

• Single Unit Package: one Spin Defender for individual practice.
• Dual Training Bundle: two Spin Defenders for more obstacles and routes through a drill.
• Elite Team Package: three Spin Defenders for longer drills or separate practice stations.

This app-controlled Spin Defender is currently available in the United States only, with free US shipping. Taxes are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy and return policy for the applicable terms.
