The ground and the streets around it, printed as a raised 3D map. Every stand is modelled from the real ground, with its own shape, height and roof, and the seats picked out in light blue around a green pitch, and the Duke of Northumberland River and Twickenham spread out around it, each building standing up off the tile and throwing its own shadow as the light moves through the day.
There is no name or lettering on it, just the map, edge to edge: the people who know the ground will know it at a glance. A gift for a season ticket holder, a first trip to the ground, or anyone who grew up a few streets away.
Unofficial fan art. This is a map of the place, made from public map data. It carries no club crest or logo and is not made, approved or licensed by Harlequins.
Printed in-house on our Bambu Lab 3D printers in three parts, then assembled by hand. The map tile carries the streets, buildings and the white stand structures (PLA Matte Ivory White) with the pitch and parks in Grass Green. The seating bowl is printed separately in Bambu PLA Matte Sky Blue (11603), the colour the real seats are, and set into the tile. The roof, with the DHL Stand's curved roof that sweeps up and curls down at both ends, is printed on its own and locks on last with small locating pegs. Printing the parts separately keeps every row, roof line and edge crisp. The finished tile is set into a black wooden A5 frame, where it sits under the frame's lip with no glass in front, so you see and feel the relief.
Each one is made to order in our UK studio and sent Tracked (UK delivery 2-3 working days once dispatched).
