Cut from cherry and kiln-dried until the grain runs tight and even, this small board carries the warm reddish tone the wood is known for, deepening slightly with age and use. Carefully sanded and finished so the surface stays smooth under a knife without going glassy. Just the thing for a modest pile of walnuts, a few dried figs, and a wedge of aged gouda.
