These beautiful, live-edge cutting boards are sustainably sourced from olive groves in Tunisia, up-cycled from pruned branches or made from trees that are no longer fruitful.  Average length: 14-16 inches, average width: 7-9 inches, with substantial variability in wood grain and color, our cutting boards are like snowflakes and thumbprints, no two are the same.
