EyeSend Adjustable-View Belay Glasses

Adjust your glasses, not your neck!

Standard belay glasses elevate your view by a fixed 60°, matched to a low-angle slab. On anything steeper, your neck makes up the difference. EyeSend glasses adjust from 60° to 120°, so you can match a slab, a vertical wall, or an overhang by adjusting your glasses instead of your neck.

Why the angle matters

Standard glasses only fit slabs. EyeSend adjusts to any wall.

Belay glasses use prisms to elevate your view. In standard glasses, the prisms are fixed at 60°, matched to a low-angle slab. But most climbing happens on vertical and overhanging walls, including every gym. There, your neck stays tipped back for the whole pitch.

EyeSend's prisms adjust from 60° to 120°. Match them to the wall and keep your neck neutral on any terrain.

Drag the slider to move from slab to overhang and see what each pair of glasses asks of your neck.

  1. 01

    Put them on

They work with a hat or helmet. When you're not using them, the integrated neck strap lets them hang around your neck.

  2. 02

    Dial in the angle

Move the lever to adjust the prisms. Use the low end for slabs and the high end for steep overhangs. It adjusts with your left hand and is designed to work with a GriGri.

  3. 03

    Keep your climber in view

Look through the prisms to watch your climber, over the frame to see the wall in front of you, and under it to check your device and surroundings. Adjust the angle as your climber ascends.

  4. 04

    Wear them over glasses

Because EyeSend can adjust to a steeper angle, they work better over prescription glasses or sunglasses.

Good to know

Questions belayers ask

How is EyeSend different from standard belay glasses?

Standard belay glasses have prisms fixed at 60°, the angle of a low-angle slab. On vertical walls and overhangs, where most climbing happens, your neck stays tipped back for the whole pitch. EyeSend's prisms adjust from 60° to 120°, so you can match any wall and keep your neck neutral all day.

Do they fit over prescription glasses?

Yes. Because the angle adjusts, EyeSend fits over glasses better than standard belay glasses.

Can I wear them with a helmet or a hat?

Yes. The neck strap attaches at the center, so EyeSend works great with a hat or helmet.

Are they good for multi-pitch?

Yes. The glasses weigh 50 grams, and the hard-shell case clips to your harness with its carabiner.

Do they work in the gym?

Yes. EyeSend works anywhere you belay, and steep gym walls are where the adjustable view helps most.

What if something breaks?

Most fixes take the L-wrench that comes in the box. Replacement temples are $10. EyeSend also has a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. For anything else, email team@pitchsix.com and we'll help.

What is your return policy?

You can return EyeSend within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, or an exchange. See our refund policy for the details.
