The 48" RTD meat probe measures the internal temperature of whatever you're smoking and sends this information back to the control board. This probe is exclusively engineered to deliver temperature feedback to the control consistently for precision cooking and unmatched results.

When paired with the Pit Boss Grills app, you can monitor meat doneness all from your mobile device so you're never babysitting your grill again.
