Die cast may be the most under appreciated finish. Cast or die struck, oxed then hand relief, leaves raised areas with a brushed bright look, while recessed areas a blackened tone. This creates incredible contrast making some of the smallest texts and details legible. Maybe the best quality is their ability to stand the test of time. Where as other finishes will show wear and tear if not treated properly- scratches and bangs seemingly only add to the overall effect of this finish.
