Set #1: Focus (Pink/Green Box)

• UPLIFTING Bergamot, Lemon, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Jasmine Essential Oils.
• STRESS RELIEF Lavender, Rose, Vetiver, Ylang-Ylang, Bergamot, Chamomile, Frankincense Essential Oils.
• FOCUS Basil, Cardamom, Rosemary, Peppermint, Geranium, Lemon, Palmarosa, Bergamot Essential Oils. 

Set #2: Stress Free (Blue Package)

• Relax
• Just Breath
• Tranquil

Directions: Place inhaler under nostril, block off opposite nostril, then sniff slowly and deeply. Repeat 2-3 times on each side.
