Length: 30cm
Diameter: 10cm

Great mobility tool that everyone should have in their rehab kit. Ideal for releasing muscle and myofasial tightness as well as tackling spinal stiffness in the thoracic and cervical spine. Fortress quality premium EVA Foam Rollers rated as the best on the market due to their consistency and hardness.

The skinny foam roller works just like the short foam roller but is less dense (only 10cm diameter) so easy on the body for sensitive areas, plus super easy for traveling and storage at home or a gym bag. Covers most exercises that you use a long roller for except along the spine lengthways.
