Fortress Premium Power Bands are much stronger, more durable and versatile than commonly used resistance bands. They are made of multiple layers of latex bonded together with a strong epoxy. This makes them far less prone to snapping than ordinary resistance bands. The Red band is used for medium resistance for pulling and pushing exercises, knee extension load in knee rehab, medium joint distraction for the shoulder and load-assistance training.
