Fortress Premium Power Bands are much stronger, more durable and versatile than commonly used exercise resistance bands. They are made of multiple layers of latex bonded together with a strong epoxy. This makes them far less prone to snapping than ordinary resistance bands. The Yellow band is used for light resistance scapula stability training, pulling / pushing exercises and lateral load for core and knee rehab.
