Smart App Management & Scheduling
Using the My PetSafe app, you can remotely lock or unlock the flap, monitor access history with push notifications, and create tailored curfew schedules for each pet. This customizable system makes managing multi-pet households effortless and secure from anywhere in the world.
Microchip & Collar Key Access
The SmartDoor grants entry selectively to authorized pets. The Medium size allows cats to unlock the door using their implanted microchips (compatible with FDX-B/15 Digit, FDX-A/10 Digit, AVID H, and AVID Encrypted/9 or 15 Digit microchips). Both the Medium and Large models can also be programmed to recognize up to five separate PetSafe Collar Keys, ensuring wildlife and neighborhood strays stay safely outside.
Weatherproof Design & Installation
Equipped with a dynamic weather seal, the flap maintains tight insulation against drafts and temperature loss. While designed for standard doors up to 2-1/4" thick, the SmartDoor easily adapts for full walls, metal doors, or glass surfaces using dedicated tunnel extensions and installation adaptors. To bypass battery swaps, connect the unit to standard household power using the optional Electric Outlet Adaptor.
