Greengage Plum Jam made by Ayako & Family. Ayako & Family emerged in the summer of 2009, since then partnering exclusively with Mair Farm-Taki in Yakima, Washington to introduce both heritage and heirloom plum varieties for their preserves. Greengage Plums are a queen of plums, visually distinctive for their ethereal, ashy pink and chartreuse skins. Best known for their confectionary flavors, this jam provides intense, almost dried fruit concentration, think ripe apricot, with complex aromas of lemon verbena and orange blossom.
