Pre-Owned Products

In the past year, so many customers happy with previous purchases have asked us for used/discounted units. While the price for brand-new Popur is constant and intact, pre-owned products may provide more flexibilities that cater for repeated customers and different groups like animal shelters.

With that spirit, we decide to offer the Popur S7 Split Litter System that have been previously owned but subsequently returned due to reasons including no longer needed, bought by mistake, size doesn't fit, and cats won't use. The products are inspected before fulfillment and guaranteed to 100% functionality. They are not refurbished or reconditioned.

Three Conditions of Great Value

The pre-owned products are categorized into three conditions detailed as follows.

1. Like New (directly returned by courier, or unboxed but not used) - $449.95 per unit

The Like New units are virtually new except that they may have been unboxed. Some units may have been topped up with fresh cat litter for a trial run, but they have never been actually used by any pets.

Occasionally, Like New units might be oversold due to successful resolutions of the original shipment exceptions. So in practice, we reserve the right to send a brand new unit instead but without the complimentary trash bags.

2. Very Good (minimal visible wear) - $399.95 per unit

The Very Good units are either barely used or have shipping damages that can be fixed by a component replacement. We will provide replacement parts where necessary.

3. Somewhat Used (moderate wear) - $349.95 per unit

The Somewhat Used units are either evidently used with some cleanable stains or smells, or have cracks caused by violent transportation that don't affect functionalities but cannot be fixed.

Color Options

You may designate the specific color desired. If you are flexible with either the black or white color, we provide a no-preference option that saves another $10.

Accessories & Add-ons

Each pre-owned unit will be gifted a box of trash bags, which is a $30 value. The gift cannot be converted into monies. It will be shipped automatically and are usually delivered a week later than the litter box. The pre-owned units by default include all essential components to get started, such as the automatic bin hood, metal bin base, sifter, and litterpad. However, the clear guardrail is not included and is offered as an add-on.

Shipping

Free shipping to the contiguous United States from domestic facilities. Please allow us five (5) to ten (10) business days to process your order and prepare the pre-owned products because the stocks are very limited, and we must inspect every unit before arranging the shipments.

Warranty

Standard one-year manufacturer warranty is provided, which is a $50 value and is the same as brand-new products. Premium warranty is unavailable for pre-owned units.

Return, Refund & Cancellation

The pre-owned products are ineligible for return, refund or cancellation after they are shipped, as evidenced by the tracking records that are publicly available on carriers' websites. Popur reserves the right to cancel an order if a buyer is deemed unfit for pre-owned products.
