CATAWBA:

Large red grapes, very unique flavor, sweet & tangy. An excellent wine, grape, also a super table grape & juice grape. Very popular in the North and Southeast. Many grape juices are combined with the juice of the Catawba grape, a well guarded secret for many years. Catawba is one of what I would consider the three greatest juice grapes in the United States.
