Constructed from a vintage army sleeping bag — each Sendak is unique and may include grommets, button holes, printed numbers and letters, stitching, fading, and stains. All fabric is washed well before using, especially because I know the army sleeping bag moniker from Walter. 

The Nutshell is the ittiest bittiest in the Sendak Family, meant to suit your artistic needs in the most minimalist way—though we’re certain it’s not the quietest! It has all the charm of our other Sendaks: waxed canvas, vegetable-tanned leather, lots of pockets, and a zip pouch.

Pack it, tuck it into a bag or pocket, and away we go!
