Deco Blouse with ruffled leaf collar and matching cuffs. Fanned out or evenly smoothed, this blouse is perfect for any occasion.  The progressing “frayed fringe” effect strikingly characterises the flamboyant look!  After washing, the collar and cuff fringes decoratively fray more and more – truly a very special blouse.
