The DiFluid Moment is a flavor reference thermometer that tells you not just how hot your coffee is, but what it should taste like right now. It reads your cup's temperature without touching it, using high-precision infrared, and matches it against flavor windows as the coffee cools.

The 2.0 inch AMOLED touchscreen shows the current temperature, which flavor notes to look for and how long until the next tasting window. Tap to like a moment, build tasting profiles with Cupping Mode, or use Shop Mode to set up profiles once and push them to every Moment in your cafe through CoffeeOS.

Includes Fast and Free Shipping and a 12-month parts warranty.
