The Pink Noise Cancelling headset is named with honor after Patsy Ann, an English Pitt Terrier, who became known as Juneau Alaska's "Official Greeter". Even though she was deaf, she would always know when ships were coming into the capital cities port. She greet crew dockside, or jump into the water and swim to meet ships anchored in the harbor. You can find a statue of Patsy Ann sitting on Juneau's dock where, in memory, she continues to greet ships coming to the capital city.
