🌱 Growing Instructions:
- Sowing Seeds: Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost date or sow them directly outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep in well-draining soil.
- Germination: Fish Pepper seeds typically germinate within 14-21 days. Keep the soil warm and consistently moist for optimal results.
- Transplanting: If starting indoors, transplant seedlings outdoors once they are 4-6 inches tall and the risk of frost has passed. Space plants 18-24 inches apart to allow for their spread.
- Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist but not soggy. Water regularly, especially during dry spells, to encourage healthy growth and fruiting.
- Light Requirements: Fish Peppers thrive in full sun, requiring at least 6-8 hours of sunlight daily for optimal growth and fruit production.
- Maintenance: Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer every few weeks during the growing season to promote vigorous growth. Monitor for pests and diseases, and remove any affected leaves promptly.
