Join the Elite Goaltender Masterclass Series, led by NCAA D1 goaltender Sean Romeo, a proven professional who has played for several ECHL teams, including the Cincinnati Cyclones, Florida Everblades, and Kansas City Mavericks. With years of professional experience and a collegiate career that took him to the Frozen Four, Sean brings unparalleled expertise to this program.

This program isn’t just about professional insight—it’s also personal. I, Kris Renfrow, a seasoned goalie coach, will be directly involved, offering my own expertise alongside Sean. Together, we aim to provide world-class goaltending development to goalies of all levels. This is a unique opportunity to elevate your skills, combining video analysis, custom on-ice drills, and off-ice conditioning, all designed by professionals with a deep understanding of the game.

1. Pro-Level Playback
🎥 Unleash Your Best Performance

Imagine having your game broken down frame by frame by an elite goaltender who knows what it takes to succeed at the collegiate and professional levels. Our film review sessions provide deep, actionable insights that go far beyond the basics. This isn’t just about watching tape—it’s about dissecting your performance, identifying areas of improvement, and creating a roadmap to elevate your game. Whether you want to improve your positioning, reactions, or reads, this professional-level review will take you there.

2. Targeted Ice Training
🏒 Your Game, Our Focus

Take your game from theory to execution with on-ice drills designed specifically for you. These drills are crafted to simulate game situations and directly address areas identified in your film sessions. With a plan tailored to your style and needs, you’ll develop instincts and habits that align with the highest levels of competition. Work smarter, not just harder, and bring your training full circle.

3. Peak Season Prep
🔥 Stay Game-Ready, All Season

Success on the ice starts with training off the ice. No matter how busy your schedule gets, our in-season training keeps you performing at your highest level. We’ll create a custom off-ice program that aligns with your game and tournament schedule, ensuring you stay strong and focused.

4. Off-Season Elevation
⏳ Maximize Your Summer

The off-season is where champions are made. Our customized off-season training program is built to push your boundaries and help you hit new performance milestones. Elevate your conditioning, focus on your goals, and come back stronger than ever.

5. Elite Eyes
👁️ Vision Sharpness for Elite Saves

Elite goaltending demands elite vision. This vision training program is designed to sharpen your puck-tracking abilities and reaction time, giving you a sixth sense on the ice. You’ll receive a comprehensive program with video demonstrations, ensuring you master every drill. From tracking pucks through screens to improving your ability to read plays, this program will enhance the skills that separate good goalies from great ones.

6. Quick Reflex Mastery
⚡ Develop Game-Changing Reflexes

Hand-eye coordination is the cornerstone of elite goaltending. Our off-ice hand-eye training program is crafted to build and refine this crucial skill. With a variety of innovative drills and techniques, you’ll enhance your reflexes, catch more pucks, and make more game-saving stops. This is the same kind of training used by top goalies to stay sharp and react faster than the shooter.

7. Mind Over Crease
🧠 Master Your Mental Game

Hockey is as much mental as it is physical. Elite goalies know how to stay calm under pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and remain focused in the heat of the game. Our mental performance video chats are designed to strengthen your mental fortitude and build your confidence. Learn how to set goals, manage stress, and develop a winning mindset—all in a supportive, one-on-one format.
