The Winning Tongue Plate Dexter Bit with Extended Plate pairs the extended plate with Dexter cheeks. Per the manufacturer the extended plate corrects breathing problems and stops displacement of the soft palate, while the limited travel in the bit arms keeps pressure off the outer ring and away from the cheek and lips.

Best for

• Horses that need the extended plate's airway action
• Fast work, where the Dexter cheek is widely used
• Riders wanting cheek and lip pressure kept to a minimum
