The EquiFit BellyBand+ is a protective belly and girth-area layer for horses prone to rubs, skin abrasions, or irritation under tack. It is designed to sit securely beneath the girth area while adding broader coverage than a standard girth alone.

Use it when a horse needs added protection through the barrel or spur area without introducing a bulky pad or changing the primary girth system.

Best for

• Horses prone to girth-area rubs, barrel irritation, or skin sensitivity
• Added protection under tack without switching girths
• Schooling or competition when sensitive skin needs extra coverage

Key features

• Enhanced belly protection — added coverage through the belly, barrel, and girth area.
• Secure under-tack fit — intended to stay in place beneath the girth when properly sized.
• Low-profile coverage — adds protection without replacing a properly fitted girth.

Fit, compatibility & care

• Fit: Choose the size that gives appropriate barrel and girth-area coverage without restricting movement.
• Use: Designed to be worn under tack as a protective layer; it is not a replacement for a properly fitted girth.
• Care: Remove dirt and sweat after use and allow the BellyBand to dry fully before storing.
