Bypass the bureaucracy of heavy freight.

Whether you are installing a high-speed Italian stainless steel engine or a 1,000-pound Portuguese masonry core, your new oven is a high-performance thermal battery. While heavy-duty freight is highly secure, unpredictable transit events can happen.

If an oven is damaged in transit, standard freight carrier insurance mandates a grueling 4-week minimum investigation process before a replacement can be authorized. Your outdoor kitchen timeline should not be held hostage by a logistics company’s paperwork.

The VIP Priority Replacement Guarantee acts as your private fast-track.

For a flat $99, you bypass the freight carrier entirely. If your oven arrives with structural transit damage, our internal concierge team will immediately dispatch a brand-new unit to your driveway. No 30-day investigations, no back-and-forth claim forms, and no delays.

The VIP Benefits:

• Zero Bureaucracy: Completely bypass the carrier's mandatory 30-day damage claim protocol.

• Immediate Dispatch: If your unit is structurally compromised in transit, your replacement goes straight to the front of our fulfillment line.

• Total Peace of Mind: Secure your premium architectural investment from our loading dock directly to your driveway.

Note: This protection applies specifically to structural damage incurred during initial freight transit and must be noted on the delivery receipt upon arrival.
