Our 3" Lifting Belt is designed specifically for athletes with shorter torsos who need solid core support without the belt digging into their rib cage. By reducing overall height while maintaining structure and stiffness, this belt allows you to brace properly, breathe comfortably, and move with confidence under load.

Whether you’re pulling from the floor, catching a clean, or squatting heavy, the 3" profile provides the support you need without restricting your setup or compromising position.

Who This Belt Is For

• Lifters with shorter torsos

• Athletes who experience rib discomfort from 4" belts

• Anyone who wants core support without excess bulk

*Each one of these belts will be made to order so allow up to 3-4 weeks for it to be delivered.
