Made-to-measure spa and hot tub covers for any spa — eight standard shapes, or send us your drawing.
A cover made to your measurements for your spa, whatever its make, age or shape. It helps hold the heat in, keeps the leaves out, and locks shut when nobody is using the spa. Measure your spa, or if you have an Omnitub, open your build in the Drawing Room and it sizes the cover from your tub’s drawing. Choose the thickness and colour, and we have it made to measure.
Made to measure — 12-week lead time. Every cover is made to your dimensions after you order.
Covers up to 2400 mm on the longest side have a set price for each thickness, and the Drawing Room shows yours as you go. Covers over 2400 mm, including swim spas, are made to a quote — we’ll confirm the price with you before we order.
You don’t need any of these — each is offered separately.
The straps lock to your deck, surround or cabinet cladding — we never fix a lock into an Omnitub shell. Locks, keys and screws come with the cover. Two people are needed to lift it into place.
A spa cover is a safety product as well as a heat cover. An unlocked cover is a drowning and entrapment risk, especially for children — keep it fully on and locked at every strap when the spa isn’t in use, take it off completely before anyone gets in, and never sit, stand or put weight on it. Check the spa is empty before you close it, and clear standing water, snow and ice from the top promptly.
Every cover comes with the Omnitub Covers 3-year pro-rata warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from your delivery date: 100% of the repair or replacement value in year 1, 50% in year 2 and 20% in year 3. It’s given by Omnitub Ltd, Unit 5A Batch Business Park, Lympsham, Somerset BS24 0ES, and backed by the cover’s maker. It applies in every country we deliver to and covers business buyers on the same terms. It’s for the original buyer, can’t be transferred and needs proof of purchase. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear such as fading, weight on the cover, excess or incorrect chemicals, wind, the weight of rain, snow or ice, or misuse.
The percentages apply to this warranty only and never reduce your legal rights. If you’re buying as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies in full: a faulty cover must be repaired or replaced free of charge — or, if that isn’t possible, the price reduced or refunded. You can reject a faulty cover within 30 days of delivery, a fault that shows within 6 months is taken to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise, and you can claim for a proven fault for up to 6 years (5 in Scotland). Business buyers and buyers outside the UK keep their own legal rights too.
Each cover is made to your measurements after you order, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to the cover itself. You can still cancel the Cover Cap, Heavy-Duty Straps and Care Spray within 14 days of delivery. Anything built into the cover when it’s made, such as cover-lifter mounting plates, can’t be cancelled. Your legal rights on faulty goods apply in full.
