Tips for Success

To ensure your installation goes smoothly, we always recommend getting in touch with your local building department or fire hall. They can walk you through the specific permit requirements and local safety codes for your area before you finalize your setup.

This cooker is built for decades of service, and the vitrified cast iron and artisan tilework are as practical as they are decorative. To keep it operating at peak performance, focus on using only well-seasoned dry wood and keeping your chimney clear—your stove will thank you with more consistent heat and better cooking results.
