Ivanovka is a plum introduced by Agriculture Canada at Morden, Manitoba, in 1939. Its deep red fruit has thin skin, a light blue bloom, and firm sweet aromatic flesh.
The plums measure about 3 to 4 cm across and are suited to fresh eating, jam, and pies. They ripen from late August to early September.
